Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery with prior written authorization from DProfiz.

Eligible Returns

• Defective, malfunctioning, or damaged product delivered.
• Wrong product (different model/specification) delivered.
• Product unused, in original packaging with all accessories & manuals.
• Return request raised within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Not Eligible

• Products installed, used, or modified after delivery.
• Custom-manufactured or made-to-order items.
• Consumables, damaged by misuse, missing serial numbers, or missing packaging.

Return Process

1. Email info.DProfiz@gmail.com with subject RETURN - [Order Number] along with photos.
2. Our team reviews and issues Return Authorization within 3–5 business days.
3. Ship to the given address with RA number on the package.
4. Inspection done in 3–5 days; refund or replacement issued within 7–10 business days.

For defective/wrong products, return shipping is reimbursed. For other reasons, return shipping is borne by the customer.
