Refund Policy

At DProfiz Private Limited, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• Product received is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from description.
• Order was cancelled before dispatch and payment was successfully collected.
• Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
• Product was not delivered within the committed timeline without valid reason.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

• Products that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery.
• Products with damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
• Custom-manufactured or made-to-order equipment.
• Consumables or spare parts once opened.
• Refund requests raised after 7 days from delivery.

3. Refund Request Process

1. Email info.DProfiz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for refund.
2. Attach photographs of the product (if damaged/defective).
3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
4. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product (if applicable).
5. Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to:

• The original payment method (Razorpay – credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
• Bank transfer via NEFT/RTGS for orders paid by other methods.

Please note that payment gateway processing time (typically 5–10 business days) may add to the refund timeline.

5. GST Refund

GST refund on returned goods will be processed as per applicable GST regulations. For B2B transactions, buyers must ensure the corresponding input tax credit (if claimed) is reversed before a GST refund is processed.
