Shipping Policy

DProfiz Private Limited ships products across India. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping process, timelines, and charges.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote or restricted areas, additional charges or longer delivery timelines may apply. Contact us before ordering to confirm delivery feasibility for your location.

2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are from the date of order confirmation and payment.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order value and product weight/dimensions.
  • Delivery location and distance.
  • Mode of transport (road/rail/air freight for heavy equipment).

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value as communicated on the website at the time of purchase.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order in real-time through our logistics partner's website.
  • Order status is also visible in your My Account section.

6. Delivery Attempt and Failed Delivery

Our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts (due to wrong address, unavailability, etc.), the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for reattempts.

7. Damage in Transit

Inspect all packages upon receipt. If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours at info.DProfiz@gmail.com with photographs. Transit damage claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
