Return, Refund & Exchange Window
- We offer refund or exchange only within the first 1 day from the date of your purchase.
- If more than 1 day has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with original packaging intact. Items purchased on sale (discounted) may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Only items found defective or damaged are eligible for replacement (exchange), at our discretion, after inspection.
Exempted Products / Categories
- Certain categories of products/items are exempt from return or refund. Such exempted items will be clearly notified to you at the time of purchase and checkout.
Return/Exchange Process & Inspection
- For all accepted return/exchange requests, you must send the item to us for inspection. Once received, we will notify you via email regarding receipt and approval/rejection after a quality check.
