This policy applies to every video ad a partner shop uploads in the Trashee Partner app. It is part of our Terms and Conditions. By uploading an ad, and by paying any amount for it, you agree to it.
1. Where ads are shown
Approved ads are displayed and played to users of the Trashee Customer app (in "Watch & earn", where customers earn coins for watching) and/or on Trashee devices such as smart bins with a screen. DProfiz decides where, how often and to whom an ad is shown, within the plays your plan includes.
2. Every ad is reviewed first
- DProfiz watches every ad before it is shown. If the content is found appropriate and follows this policy, the ad is approved and played to Trashee customers in the app and/or on Trashee devices.
- An ad that was approved can still be stopped and removed later, for example after a complaint, if it turns out to break this policy.
- Keep the ad about your own shop, products and offers, with sound and pictures you have the right to use.
3. Content that is not allowed
An ad is not approved, or is removed, if it contains or promotes any of the following:
- Nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content, or adult services.
- Fraud, scams or cheating: fake offers, fake prizes or lotteries, "get rich quick", chain or pyramid (MLM) schemes, fake loans or investments, requests for OTPs, passwords, card or bank details.
- Misleading or false claims, including fake discounts, prices you do not honour, and miracle health, cure or weight-loss claims.
- Violence, gore, weapons, explosives, self-harm or dangerous acts.
- Hate, harassment, abuse or discrimination against any person or group (religion, caste, gender, race, region, disability or any other).
- Illegal products or services: drugs and drug use, tobacco, vaping, alcohol, gambling, betting or real-money gaming, counterfeit goods, wildlife products.
- Political or religious campaigning, or content that could hurt religious or community sentiments.
- Anything that harms or exploits children, or shows minors in an unsafe way.
- Other people's content without permission: copyrighted music, films or videos, other brands' logos or ads, and pictures, phone numbers or personal details of other people.
- Impersonation of DProfiz, Trashee, a government body or any other person or business.
- Links or codes that lead to malware, phishing or other harmful sites or apps.
- Shocking, disgusting or offensive content, or any content that breaks Indian law.
4. Length and full-length ads
- The plan you bought sets the longest ad it includes (for example 30 seconds). With a longer video you choose either to show only a part of it of that length (included in your plan), or to show the full video by paying for the extra time.
- A full video costs an extra fee for every additional block of seconds beyond what the plan includes. The amount is shown in the Partner app before you pay (currently ₹10 for each extra 30 seconds).
- A full-length ad is kept on hold until the payment is confirmed. Only then is it sent for review. If the extra time is not paid within 3 days (or you choose so), the ad is sent for review to play only the length your plan includes, from the start of the video (or the part you choose).
5. If an ad breaks this policy
- If the content is found inappropriate, fraudulent or scam-related, contains nudity, or breaks this policy in any other way, the ad is not approved (or is removed), and no amount is refunded: not the full-length fee and not the plan.
- For safety and security, and for violating this policy, the partner's account and shops may be blocked, temporarily or permanently, without notice. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.
- If an ad is not approved for a reason that is not a policy violation (for example the video cannot be played), we tell you why and you can upload a new version. Any refund in that case follows our Refund Policy.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your ad and for everything it says and shows. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all of its content, and you agree to cover DProfiz for any claim that arises from it.
