Return, Refund & Exchange Window

We offer refund or exchange only within the first 1 day from the date of your purchase.

If more than 1 day has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with original packaging intact. Items purchased on sale (discounted) may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Only items found defective or damaged are eligible for replacement (exchange), at our discretion, after inspection.
Exempted Products / Categories

Certain categories of products/items are exempt from return or refund. Such exempted items will be clearly notified to you at the time of purchase and checkout.
Return/Exchange Process & Inspection

For all accepted return/exchange requests, you must send the item to us for inspection. Once received, we will notify you via email regarding receipt and approval/rejection after a quality check.

If approved, your request will be processed per our policies. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method or as otherwise notified.
